Our Home's Dirtiest Places

We adore our homes and many of us probably think we keep them spotlessly clean. Sorry if you're that person, but our homes have a lot of hidden places germs like to live and below is a list of the top few items and appliances we didn't even realise were dirty. Kitchen Sinks Our sinks are a haven for bacteria! In a recent study, it was discovered that 45 percent of kitchen sinks contained coliform bacteria and 27 percent containing mould. We need to keep on top of disinfecting them and make sure we do this two times or more a week! Coffee Machine For all the coffee lovers, this one is going to be hard to read. The cup that holds the coffee grounds, the water reservoir, and underneath where the coffee comes out is filthy! There are many types of bacteria, like staphylococcus, streptococcus, bacillus cereus, and E. coli. Keep cleaning every inch of your machines!

Pet bowls

It's probably not much of a surprise that 67 percent of pet bowls have Salmonella bacteria and traces of E. Coli, even when they're cleaned 'thoroughly' these germs and bacteria manage to stick around. Biosan will do the job, spray your pet bowls with our solution and they will be germ free.

Toothbrush Holder

MOVE YOUR TOOTHBRUSH HOLDER FAR AWAY FROM YOUR TOILET! Toilet particles are likely spraying through the air and onto your toothbrush each time you flush. Bathroom Towel

This may be an annoyance, but our towels need to be cleaned every two days. A study found "After about two days, if you dry your face on a hand towel, you're probably getting more E. coli on your face than if you stuck your head in a toilet and flushed it." Yikes.
